six6i Terms & Conditions — User Agreement for Pakistan's Online Casino and Betting Platform

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "six6i", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our" refers to the six6i online gaming platform operated at six6i.net and all associated services, products, and features accessible thereunder.
• "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the six6i platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by an individual on the six6i platform through which all gaming, financial, and account management activities are conducted.
• "Balance" means the total funds held within a User's six6i account, including the real-money wallet, bonus wallet, and any other designated sub-wallets as applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to a User's account by six6i as part of any promotional offer.
• "Real Money Funds" means Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or equivalent currency deposited by the User into their six6i account via an accepted payment method.
• "Wager" means any bet placed on a sporting event, casino game, or other gaming product available through the six6i platform.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required by six6i in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations and responsible gaming requirements.
• "AML" refers to Anti-Money Laundering policies and procedures applied by six6i in compliance with applicable international regulations.

By accessing the six6i platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any six6i service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full, including any policies referenced herein such as the six6i Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms form the entire agreement between you and six6i with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior representations, understandings, or agreements relating to the same subject matter. 1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. six6i is an adult gaming platform. Users who are under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, wagering, or otherwise using the six6i platform in any capacity.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. You must not be acting under a guardianship order or any other legal incapacity that would prevent you from entering into contractual obligations.
3. Jurisdiction: You must not be a resident of or physically located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of registration or use. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gaming is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you.

six6i reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photographic identification, proof of address, and payment method verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

To access the full range of six6i services, you must register a user account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one active six6i account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether discovered through shared identity documents, payment methods, device fingerprints, or IP addresses — will all be suspended. Funds in duplicate accounts may be voided.
• Accurate Information: You are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration. Any false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• Account Updates: You must keep your registered contact information, including email address, current at all times. six6i is not responsible for the consequences of failed communications resulting from outdated contact details.
• Credential Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your six6i login credentials. You agree to notify six6i immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account. six6i will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.
• Non-Transferability: six6i accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights arising from it to any third party.

six6i accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (bank transfer), UBL (bank transfer), Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Raast, and USDT TRC20. Accepted methods are subject to change; the current list of accepted methods is displayed in your account cashier at the time of deposit.

• Currency: All real-money balances on six6i are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), except for USDT TRC20 deposits which are converted to PKR at the prevailing market rate at the time of processing.
• Minimum Deposit: Minimum deposit amounts are displayed within the six6i cashier at the time of transaction. These minimums are subject to change without prior notice.
• Deposit Fees: six6i does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which six6i accepts no liability.
• Own Funds: You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your six6i account are legitimately owned by you and are not derived from any illegal activity. Deposits made from payment methods not registered in your name may be refused and returned.
• Processing Time: JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits typically credit to your six6i account within 60 seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing schedule of the relevant institution. Delayed credits should be reported to six6i support.
• AML Compliance: six6i reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on deposits that appear unusual in size, frequency, or origin. Suspicious deposits may be held pending investigation and reported to relevant authorities as required by applicable AML obligations.

Withdrawal requests from six6i accounts are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC Requirement: Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before six6i will process any withdrawal. Required documentation typically includes a government-issued photo ID and proof of address dated within 90 days. Additional documentation may be requested depending on deposit history and transaction volumes.

• Withdrawal Holds: six6i reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests for the purpose of identity verification, fraud screening, or AML investigation. Affected users will be notified of the reason for the hold and the estimated resolution timeframe.
• Bonus Conditions: Withdrawal of funds that originated from bonus credits is subject to the wagering requirements and withdrawal conditions specified at the time the relevant bonus was issued. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting applicable wagering requirements may result in the bonus portion being forfeited.

six6i offers various promotional incentives to registered users from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are governed by the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published for each individual offer:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, and time limits are stated in the terms of each specific offer.
• Bonus funds must not be withdrawn before the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Bonus funds that do not meet the wagering requirement at the point of a withdrawal request will be forfeited.
• six6i reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Where reasonably practicable, advance notice will be provided to affected users.
• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through arbitrage, match-betting strategies, or coordinated account use will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in account closure.
• six6i reserves the right to limit, decline, or reclaim any bonus where it reasonably suspects abuse, manipulation, or bad faith conduct by the User.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible household, IP address, or payment method unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms.

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the six6i platform, including cricket, PSL, basketball, UFC, and all other sporting events offered:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by six6i. A bet is confirmed only when a confirmation message is displayed in the User's account. six6i reserves the right to decline or restrict any bet at its sole discretion, including based on stake size, market conditions, or account status.
• Odds at Time of Bet: Bets are settled at the odds displayed at the time the bet was confirmed. Subsequent odds movements do not affect settled bets. In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrectly displayed price, six6i reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• In-Play Betting: In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the platform's live betting rules. Bets placed after the relevant event has concluded will be voided. six6i does not accept liability for latency or connection issues that may cause discrepancies in in-play bet timing.
• Void Bets: Bets may be voided where an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled without being rescheduled within a specified period. The applicable void rules for each sport are available in the six6i betting rules documentation.
• Maximum Payouts: Maximum payout limits per event and per market type apply on six6i. Winnings exceeding the applicable payout limit will be capped at the stated maximum, regardless of the calculated return from the odds and stake.
• Obvious Errors: six6i reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds arising from human error, technical malfunction, or data feed errors. Users are not entitled to exploit obvious pricing errors.

The following rules apply to all casino gaming activity on the six6i platform, including the six6i Casino live dealer floor, RNG slot games, and all other casino products:

• Game Fairness: All RNG-based casino games offered on six6i are certified for fairness by accredited independent testing laboratories. Live dealer games are operated by licensed live casino studios using professional equipment and trained dealers.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game session, any affected rounds may be voided and stakes returned. six6i is not liable for losses arising from genuine technical failures outside its reasonable control. Malfunctions that occur as a result of User actions (such as intentional disconnection) are not covered by this provision.
• Disconnection: If a User is disconnected during a live casino game, the game will proceed according to its standard rules in the User's absence. six6i is not liable for outcomes resulting from User disconnection. Users should ensure a stable internet connection before beginning casino sessions.

• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits for each casino game are displayed within the game interface before play commences.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the six6i platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technological means to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not supported by normal human use.
• Collusion with other users to manipulate game outcomes, share hands in poker or other card games, or otherwise coordinate activity in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in games or the platform for financial gain. Any suspected vulnerability must be reported to six6i support immediately and must not be exploited.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds of illicit origin and attempting to withdraw them as clean funds through gaming activity.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions or to obscure your true location for the purpose of accessing the six6i platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing six6i support staff or other users in any manner.
• Registering multiple accounts or allowing third parties to access or operate your account.
• Providing false identification documents during KYC verification.

All content on the six6i platform, including but not limited to the six6i brand name, logo, website design, software, game content, text, graphics, data compilations, and all other materials, is the exclusive property of six6i or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the six6i platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the six6i platform.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on six6i content.
• Use the six6i name, logo, or branding in any context without prior written authorisation from six6i.
• Frame, scrape, or systematically extract data from the six6i platform using automated means.

Any unauthorised use of six6i intellectual property constitutes infringement and may result in civil or criminal liability in addition to immediate account closure.

six6i collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions. By using the six6i platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by six6i includes but is not limited to: registration information, identity verification documents, financial transaction records, device and session data, and gaming activity history. This data is processed for the purposes of account management, KYC/AML compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming obligations, and service improvement.

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their six6i account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Users may set maximum loss thresholds per defined time period. Once a loss limit is reached, further wagering is suspended until the next period begins.
• Session Timers: Session time reminders and hard session limits are available to all six6i users from within account settings.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, six6i's aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising out of or relating to the use of the six6i platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

six6i shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with the use of the six6i platform, even if six6i has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

six6i does not warrant that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, server outages, or third-party service disruptions may temporarily affect platform availability. six6i will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where reasonably practicable.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits six6i's liability for death or personal injury arising from negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Either party may terminate the User's six6i account at any time:

• User-initiated closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting six6i support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with normal withdrawal procedures, subject to completed KYC verification. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your verified payment method.
• six6i-initiated closure: six6i reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects: breach of these Terms; fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; provision of false information; identity verification failure; or any other conduct detrimental to the integrity of the platform or other users.
• Effect of Termination: Upon termination of an account, your licence to use the six6i platform immediately ceases. Funds in accounts closed due to a breach of these Terms may be withheld pending investigation. Bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure in all circumstances.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the use of the six6i platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which six6i holds its international gaming license.

In the event of a dispute between you and six6i, you are encouraged to first contact six6i customer support at [email protected] to seek informal resolution. six6i commits to responding to all formal complaints within 5 business days and to working in good faith toward a fair resolution.

If an informal resolution cannot be achieved, disputes may be escalated through the dispute resolution mechanism provided by six6i's licensing authority, in accordance with the procedures established under six6i's operating license. Details of the applicable licensing authority and dispute resolution process are available upon request from six6i support.

You and six6i agree to attempt mediation in good faith before initiating formal legal proceedings. The costs of any formal dispute resolution process shall be allocated in accordance with the applicable procedural rules.

six6i reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective from the date published on the six6i platform. Where changes are material — meaning they meaningfully affect User rights or obligations — six6i will provide reasonable advance notice to registered users via email or a prominent notice on the platform.

Your continued use of the six6i platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure.
